A lot of pop-culture weight loss advice is either pretty off-base or promises you can lose 20 pounds in 2 days by smiling and thinking of unicorns, but this list from Dr. Oz is actually pretty amazing.

i haven’t had any dinner a couple nights this week and this morning i only weighted 132lbs!!!!!! thats 3 pounds below the norm!!!!!!! and i’m 5’10”!!!!!
