I’m definitely going with black heels….I have a gorgeous pair of Nine West heels I’m planning to wear with the skirt. it’s the top i’m not sure on…..i’m liking the idea of a black or off white top….sweater or tank top? i have no idea!!! if you guys see anything, please feel free to send me links!!!
